A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience in the field of Audit, Risk management and Information Security, he also is a qualified Information Systems Auditor of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, US. He has also gained expertise and is a lead implementer for BS 7799 standards that are focused on information security, risk management in different variations. He has past experience in Corporate Assurance with a Big 4 Public Accounting Firm in the Audit and Assurance practice.
As Director and Head of Solutions, Dinesh is responsible for the setting the product strategy and roadmap, and designing and implementing solutions for Innosolv’s clients. He comes with over 20 years of experience in the finance and tech domains.
Shradha is a Vice President with the consulting division and is based at the firm’s Bangalore office. She has been with Innosolv for more than 10 years and leads teams on large assignments such as GAAP translations, Accounts Compilation, Finance, Process implementations, etc., for large clients with turnover in excess of US$200 Million. Prior to Innosolv, she has had over a decade of experience of working with a Big 4 Public Accounting Firm in the Audit and Assurance practice.
A Chartered Accountant and an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, she joined Innosolv post industry stints with Standard Chartered Bank and Ashok Leyland Limited. She brings in diverse experience in the areas of Trade Finance, Credit Analysis, Legal Documentation, Debt Financing, Relationship Management etc.
